How do I get started with Zero Dry Time

Can I see how you work day to day?
Yes you are more than welcome to spend a day with us in the field.

How long does it take to start a Zero Dry Time franchise?
Normally it takes 4 weeks to get all the paperwork and machinery organised to get you started.

What is the investment needed?
Currently the investment for the franchise is £14,950 + vat, you will also need a sign written white van.

How long is the Franchise agreement for?

Your franchise agreement will have an initial term of 5 years, although you can have this extended if necessary.
 
Can I renew the Franchise Agreement?
If you work inside the franchise agreement, you will have the right of renewal for a further term of the then current contract without any renewal fee.

Is there a monthly management fee?
We charge a monthly Management Services Fee (MSF), which is a fixed amount per month. We do not charge a percentage of sales turnover as we believe the more effort you put in the bigger the reward to yourself.

Is there an advertising fees?
We do not charge an advertising fee. Each franchisee is responsible for managing their own advertising budget. We are  happy to give guidance on how this should be used to maximise the benefits to help grow your business.

Can I build my business and sell it some day?
Yes you can, we will of course have to vet the potential ‘franchisee’ prior to you selling your business.

Can I operate more than one franchise?
Yes, we are happy for you to purchase and operate as many franchise areas as you like.

Can I borrow money for the purchase of my Franchise?
You will be required to make a business plan and submit it to any one of the large banks that have franchise finance available. This will of course depend on your personal circumstances.

What is the size of my territory?
Each territory is based on population of residential and business customers residing in that area, base on postcodes. You will have a sizable area to operate and run to build and expand over the forthcoming years. Your area will be protected for the period of your franchise agreement.

Do I have to live in my territory?
Yes, we feel this as you have the local knowledge,friends and business contacts to help you get started.Existing Zerodrytime franchisees find they do not have to travel beyond a five mile radius.

Is there good repeat business with Zero Dry Time
Yes, experience has shown that the majority of people come back for more services. The Carpet Club ensures this whilst giving you a guaranteed income.

What is the Carpet Club?
The carpet club is a maintenance program for residential and business customers, its gives them piece of mind and gives you guaranteed income every month.

Will I need premises?
No, you will need internet access we will supply you with an internet telephone number and your own personal Zero Dry Time email address.

What competition do I have?
Your Dry carpet cleaning system is unique and the USP’s (unique selling points) you have outweigh your competitors USP’s.

What are your USP’s
Zero Dry Time does exactly what it says, zero water, zero smell, zero shrinkage with a fabulous fresh smell of dry cleaned carpets and upholstery.
