The portal is accessed via the back of the website giving you full access from any location with Internet access.

You can store all your customers details including:

Address
Telephone
Mobile
Email
Last clean date
Last charge
Next clean date

It also allows you to record if they are a carpet club member or not together with the monthly fee and cleaning details.

The database allows the you to manage your customers but gives head office the ability to email promotions to directly to your customers without you having to get involved.
